What to include
1. Reference Photos and a brief description of your idea. If it’s from my wanna do or already done designs you can send it to me and I can create a fresh piece which goes according to your requirements and body flow which fits perfectly on your body
2. What you would like to incorporate or styles eg. blackwork, geometric, mandala, floral
3. Placement: Where you'd like the design, with a photo of the area and if it has coverups or mergers into another tattoo please send me pictures of that tattoo as well. If it’s a bigger project I will most likely do a one to one consultation if you are from around the area or will ask for pictures from different sides)
4. Contact Info: Phone number and email
Design Process
I typically design your tattoo about 1 to 2 weeks in advance. I’ll provide you with a rough draft and an estimated timeline for completion. Once you approve, I’ll finalize the design and send you the finished version 2 to 3 days before your appointment. For larger projects, I recommend a one-on-one consultation before the tattoo day to finalize the placement and sizing of the design. This step helps us work more efficiently on the day of the tattoo. If you’re traveling from afar, this consultation isn’t mandatory. Completing the design and sizing beforehand allows us to approach the freehand process with a fresh perspective, enhancing the overall experience and ensuring your tattoo accurately reflects your vision.
Policies
A non-refundable deposit is required per session booked to secure your booking. The deposit is to reserve the date and ensure your commitment.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost at the end of the tattoo session or in the last session if it is a multiple-session tattoo.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please provide at least 48 hours (2 days) notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This helps me to find another client to take the given date or spot.
I will accommodate last-minute cancellations on a fair, reasonable request.
